Warehouse and shop, formed by a light roof sized 51.50 m x 56.75 m and slab at the head of the nave of 290 m2. The building solution adopted is the modality with porticoes at 13.30x14.20m and 7.50 m of façade height.
Façades composed of a precast closing panel, curved where they meet in the corners. In side façades, the panel’s upper and lower ends are curved forming tangencies with the roof plane. In the back façade, texturized panel is provided.
It is formed by the main roof pillars and girders of double T section in portico and alveolar plates made of precast concrete plus a layer of compression 5 cm thick in the concrete slab in situ.
The main roof girders are edged 80 cm and belt between main roof beams edged 45 cm with lapped supports. In reinforced slabs, the alveolar plate is edged 20 cm + compression layer of 5 cm, the girders are inverted T hanging 30 cm.
