Monoblock prestressed concrete sleepers for track machines.

Prestressed concrete sleepers of several lengths and each one with the necessary elements to hold the late in a different position with the purpose of achieving the geometry of the track of the relevant machine.

PRECON has supplied of date more than 1,000,000 of lineal meters of sleepers for track machines. It is the only manufacturer supplying all the models in use in Spain.

It has supplied through its Spanish clients sleepers for track machines to Algeria, Argentina, Colombia, Turkey and Venezuela. The various parameters of design and the fasteners of the models supplied can be seen in the models table.

Sleepers model for track machines.

 
The sleepers can be supplied for track over ballast, track on rigid or elastic slab and sleepers with pads underneath. The worst design combination is 22.5 t and 200km/h and spokes between 90 and 17,000 m.
